Situated at an altitude of over 700 meters, the area is characterized by ravines, streams, misty clouds, bamboo groves, and diverse flora. Moreover, its unique Mesozoic volcanic rock geology provides an exceptional environment for tea cultivation. In addition, the tea is crafted using time-honored, intangible cultural heritage techniques that perfectly blend nature and artistry. As a result, this White Peony tea boasts an elegant floral aroma, a soft and silky texture, and a taste reminiscent of rice soup and sweet dew. It is truly a rare and exquisite tea. 福鼎白牡丹茶は中国福建省福鼎市で生産される伝統的な白茶の一種で、自然な甘みと繊細な香りが特徴です。特に白牡丹（はくぼたん）は、若い芽と一部の葉から作られる美しい茶葉が魅力的です。軽やかでありながら深みのある味わいが、多くの愛好家に親しまれています。 加工法： 福鼎白茶は、摘みたての茶葉を天日干しや室内の自然乾燥で軽発酵させることで作られます。この工程では揉捻（じゅうねん）や高温焙煎を行わず、茶葉そのものの形状や風味が保たれるように仕上げられます。そのため、茶葉の自然な香りと純粋な味わいが引き立つのが特徴です。 飲み方： 福鼎白茶を楽しむには、約85°C〜90°Cのお湯を使用します。茶葉を5gほど入れ、500ml程度の水で約3分間抽出するのがおすすめです。軽い香りを楽しみたい場合は、抽出時間を短めに設定してください。また、白茶は低温でも風味が引き出されるため、80°C程度でじっくりと淹れても美味しくいただけます。 福鼎白茶は、複数回の抽出でも香りと味わいが楽しめます。特に2煎目、3煎目では、甘みがより際立つのが特徴です。食後のリフレッシュタイムや静かなひとときに最適なお茶です。
