耐火土瓶
容量約800ml
フィルター穴は球形で、断水性能が優れています。高温で沸騰した後も、水を注ぐ際に噴き出しがありません。
直火用土瓶の目止め処理方法
初めて使用する前に、必ず「目止め」を行ってください。これにより、水漏れやひび割れ、匂い移りを防ぎます。
手順：
1,壺の内外を水で軽くすすぎ、洗剤は使用しないでください。
2,壺に研ぎ汁（1回目または2回目の米のとぎ汁）を入れます。
3,弱火でゆっくり加熱し、沸騰後 10〜15分ほど煮立たせます。
4,火を止め、そのまま自然に冷まします。
5,とぎ汁を捨て、水ですすぎ、自然乾燥させます。

ご注意：
急加熱や急冷はひび割れの原因となりますのでお避けください。
お湯を沸かすだけのご使用であれば、目止めは不要です。使用後は壺内の水を捨ててください。
目止め処理後は通常通りご使用いただけます。

【お取り扱いについて】
割れを防ぐため、加熱する前に布で底部を軽く拭き、水分が残らないようにしてください。
直火を使用する際は、底部の火の大きさをコントロールしてください。
加熱後、冷ます後に清潔にしてください。急な温度変化による破損を防ぐためです。
普段使い終わったら、ブラシやスポンジで洗って、布で拭いた後、日光のよく当たる場所に完全に干してください。

The filter holes are spherical, providing excellent water-cutting performance. Even after boiling at high temperatures, water pours smoothly without spurting.
Seasoning (Medome) Process for Direct-fire Kettle

Before first use, please perform the “medome” (sealing) process to reduce leakage, cracks, and unwanted odors.
Steps:
Rinse the kettle inside and out with clean water. Do not use detergent.
Fill the kettle with rice water (the first or second rinse water from washing rice).
Heat slowly on low heat until boiling, then keep simmering for about 10–15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the kettle to cool down naturally.
Discard the rice water, rinse with clean water, and let it air dry.
Notes:
void sudden heating or rapid cooling during the process to prevent cracking.
If you only intend to boil water, medome treatment is not necessary. Simply discard any remaining water from the kettle after each use.
After this treatment, the kettle is ready for normal use.

【The method of use】
To prevent breakage, please lightly wipe the bottom with a cloth before heating to ensure no moisture remains.
When using direct heat, control the size of the flame at the bottom.
After heating, clean after allowing it to cool. This prevents damage from sudden temperature changes.
After regular use, wash with a brush or sponge, wipe with a cloth, and thoroughly air-dry in a well-lit area exposed to sunlight.
