黄山毛峰
黄山毛峰（こうざんもうほう）は、中国・安徽省黄山で生産される緑茶であり、中国十大銘茶の一つに数えられています。
本品は2026年の明前茶です。
黄山毛峰は中国の地理的表示保護製品でもあり、中国を代表する歴史ある銘茶として知られています。
黄山毛峰の簡単な淹れ方
カップに適量の熱湯を注ぎます。
熱くならない位置でカップの底を持ち、軽く回して温杯します。
温杯後、お湯を捨てます。
再び80〜85℃程度のお湯をカップの約3分の1まで注ぎます。
黄山毛峰の茶葉を適量入れます。
カップを軽く回し、茶葉の香りを引き立てます。
カップの内側に沿ってゆっくりお湯を注ぎ、7〜8分目まで満たします。

Huangshan Maofeng is a famous green tea produced in Huangshan, Anhui Province, China, and is recognized as one of the Ten Famous Chinese Teas.
This tea is a 2026 Pre-Qingming harvest tea.
Huangshan Maofeng is also a protected geographical indication product of China and is regarded as one of the most representative traditional Chinese green teas.
Simple Brewing Method for Huangshan Maofeng
Pour an appropriate amount of hot water into the cup.
Hold the lower part of the cup and gently rotate it to warm the cup.
Discard the water after warming.
Refill the cup with water at around 80–85°C, about one-third full.
Add an appropriate amount of Huangshan Maofeng tea leaves.
Gently swirl the cup to help release the aroma.
Continue pouring hot water slowly along the inner wall of the cup until it is 70–80% full.
