**取り扱い方法について
まず、鍋を十分に加熱してから油を注ぎます。
その後、さらに加熱し、煙が出るまで加熱した後、食材を入れます。
洗う際には、洗剤を使用せずに、スポンジで十分に洗います。
水分を完全に飛ばし、よく乾かします。
長期間使用しない場合は、薄く油を塗るのが良いでしょう。

**Handling Instructions
First, heat the pot thoroughly before pouring in the oil.
Then, continue heating until it smokes, and then add the ingredients.
When washing, use a sponge without detergent to wash thoroughly.
Completely evaporate the moisture and dry well.
If not used for an extended period, it's advisable to lightly coat with oil.
